Rob Iverson worked as the Senior VP of Marketing and Operations at Sky Trek, where he was responsible for capturing all of the revenues that Sky Trek generated.   Before he reached the position of Senior VP, he was the overseer of all marketing and sales activity as well as the Dispatch Crew, Scheduling, Maintenance, and Customer Service departments.

Aviation Consulting

Rob realized that his name was being given to aircraft owners looking for better or more cost effective ways to operate their private jets.   After guiding several clients through this process and recognizing his love for being around private jets, Rob decided that having a part 135 certificate was the next logical step in the growth of the Private Flight Group.   In 2005, Rob negotiated the purchase of a part 135 certificate in White Plains, NY.   The certificate now has the name Private Flight Group LLC.   PFG is a full-service private jet charter management company providing a wide range of services to its clients, including jet sales, fractional jet ownership, and aviation consulting.

Private Jet Charter

Mr. Iverson left his position at Sky Trek as Senior VP of Marketing and Operations in 1999 to start his own charter brokerage firm, the Private Flight Group.   He has arranged flights for sports teams, Fortune 500 companies, high net worth individuals, sports figures and high profile government officials, including the Gore 2000 Presidential campaign.

Pilot Experience

Rob holds his Aircraft Transport Pilot license with a B-727 rating.  He was a Captain on the B-727-200 with Sky Trek and flew C-141s for the U.S. Air Force at the end of the Gulf War.  He held a prestigious position in the flight test unit at KIWI Airlines and has over 6,000 hours of flying time.
