INVOICE AUDITING

Whether you are have a fractional jet ownership, a managed private jet, or are using chartered private jet services, Jet Advisors will protect you from costly accounting errors with our comprehensive invoice auditing system.  We employ three layers of protection:

1)  State-of-the-art Computerized Flight Cost Analyzer which utilizes the historic wind vector data and precise aircraft performance to calculate an estimated flight time.

2) Unique benchmarking and variance analysis which compares your costs with historic flights between identical city pairs and identifies discrepancies.

3) Expert review of each invoice – our experienced professionals review the fuel charges, parts costs, maintenance or labor fees, and administrative costs.

After our expert review, Jet Advisors will notify you of any possible overages.  Additionally, you will be provided with a comprehensive “year in review” report.

SAFETY REPORTS

Jet Advisors understands that operational safety supersedes all other aspects of private jet travel.  For this reason, we offer instant Operator Safety Reports as well as On-Site Safety Audits.

Operator Safety Reports :   These instant but comprehensive reviews of private jet aircraft service provider’s FAA history are provided by an independent third party vendor.  This report checks for accidents and enforcement actions by the FAA, and benchmarks and rates the operator’s record against other private jet aircraft service providers.

On-Site Safety Audit :   Jet Advisors uses a team of highly respected auditors who have years of operational experience.  This team provides a comprehensive analysis which identifies and addresses potential safety, regulatory and procedural concerns.

The FAA requires private jet aircraft owners with “operational control” to “oversee” their chosen aircraft service provider.   Jet Advisors’ Operator Safety Reports are a common sense way to maintain this oversight.
