Kevin O’Leary, President

Kevin’s aviation experience began in 1992.  After  flight training and receiving his MBA from Bentley University, he joined Hawker Beechcraft Company (HBC) in Wichita, KS.  At HBC, he started as a market  research analyst and was quickly promoted to trade analyst.  He was then asked to join the company’s start-up fractional jet provider, Travel Air, as a Sales Manager.  Kevin earned recognition as the nation’s top salesman in 1997 receiving both the Chairman’s and President’s Awards.

Kevin was then asked to join a start-up venture, Flight Options.  He went on to  sell over 400 shares in the Flight Options program, generating over 250 Million  in revenue.

Kevin saw the need for objective aviation research and in 2003 started a new type of  aviation advisory firm, Jet Advisors, LLC.  On behalf of their clients, Jet Advisors combines world class research with proven statistical modeling to  identify trends and make informed business decisions.

Kevin grew up in Boston, MA.  In 1995, he completed his Master’s degree in Business Administration at Bentley University and is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Aviation (part-time) at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.  He is a pilot and holds a commercial multi-engine rating and is a Senior Accredited Appraiser (ASA).

 

David Beach

Mr. Beach is currently Vice President of Administration with Jet Advisors.  He has been involved in commercial and general aviation for over 25 years.

David was previously the Senior Vice President of Contracts for NetJets, Inc.  He negotiated, administered and coordinated the acceptance, delivery and placement into service of over 500 corporate aircraft.

Additionally, he coordinated the sale of over 25 pre-owned aircraft (Cessna Citation Ultras,  Excels, Xs, Hawker 800s, Dassault Falcon 2000s, Gulfstream GIV-SPs and GVs and  Boeing BBJs) from the fractional fleet.

He worked at the Hawker Beechcraft in where administered the delivery of over 100 commercial and corporate aircraft to both domestic and international customers.

He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.

Stephen Maloney

Mr. Maloney is currently a Vice President with Jet Advisors.  He has been a Naval  Aviator and an airline pilot.

After leaving the Airlines, Mr. Maloney was the President and COO of Aviation  Management Systems, Inc., a business aviation consulting company in Portsmouth,  NH.  He was responsible for administration of the company as well as  working on various projects and consulting engagements.  He lead many  aircraft acquisition and entry into service projects for clients. Mr. Maloney then was asked to join Apex Aviation in Santa Rosa, CA as the Vice President of  Finance and Administration.

Most recently, Mr. Maloney worked for Dassault Falcon Jet Corp.  As a contract  manager, he was responsible for negotiations and delivery of new Falcon aircraft.  After being promoted to Director of Contract and Specification  Processes, he was responsible for improving the entire contract to delivery process.  He was then asked to transfer to DFJ’s maintenance facility in Little Rock, AR, where he was a member of the senior management team that was  tasked with turning the facility into a successful profit center for the  company.  The result was almost a million dollar swing in revenue and turning the company profitable in less than 18  months.

Mr. Maloney is an Airline Transport rated pilot with over 16,000 flight  hours.  He received a Bachelor of Science Degree from the United States  Naval Academy and a Master of Science Degree in Finance from Boston  College.  Mr. Maloney is married with three grown children.
